Riding from the ground...Up!
Philippe Karl.
Philippe Karl, former écuyer of the Cadre Noir and author, founded the school in 2004 to pass on his philosophy and keep the art of French Classical Equitation alive and to exclude any use of force or artificial training aids such as side reins, draw reins and tightly fitted nosebands. Withholding 100% respect for the horse. The training concept is legally protected, nobody can refer to the School of Légèreté or the work of Philippe Karl without receiving the corresponding license.
The school is suitable for all types of horse and motivated riders. With its clear, simple solutions to common place problems the school can give access to high school movements, even to the most ordinary horses and novice riders.
